Our commitment
We believe data protection is a matter of trust, not just compliance. We collect only the data we need, hold it for as long as necessary, and never sell it or use it for purposes beyond what you would reasonably expect when contacting a B2B consultancy.

- Strategy call requests — same as above, plus your company's market context if provided. Used to prepare for and conduct the call.
- Website analytics — anonymised, aggregated data collected via Google Analytics (with your consent). No individual is identified.

Lawful basis for processing

Data retention
Enquiry data is held for up to 24 months. Client engagement data is held for as long as required by Swedish accounting and tax law (generally 7 years). Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (up to 26 months).
Third-party processors
We work with a small number of processors who access data on our behalf, including Google Analytics and our email provider. All processors are bound by data processing agreements compliant with GDPR Article 28.
International transfers
Some data may be accessed by team members in non-EEA countries (including China and Taiwan). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including reliance on standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
